 Being ordained December 28th,2000, He begin to hunger to grow and learn.  He received His Pastoral Diploma in November 2008 along with His Honorary DR.of Divinity degree in December 2008. He also received His Board Certified Christian Counseling degree in 2020, He is a Certified Master Life Coach, Crisis Chaplin and also  has training in  Psychological First Aid.

Rev. Pigana Washington was born in Karnack TX and Dr. Roberta Washington is a native of Natchez Ms.  

They both Pastor Immanuel Worship Center in Houston, TX. 

Rev. Washington and his wife have been Ministers of the Gospel since 2007. Rev. Washington was ordained an Elder on September 14th 2020 with Immanuel Worship Center and currently studies as a part of the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches Elders program.

Dr. Washington has been the most active wife, mother, intercessor, pastor, businesswoman and a published Author of 10 books. Mrs. Roberta Washington is the Senior Pastor of Immanuel Worship Center in Southwest Houston. She is Assistant Director of the Intercessory Prayer Team with the South West Texas Full Gospel Region under the Leadership Bishop Ethan Ogletree. She is a General in Prayer and is a prayer mentor and coach as she hosts Prayer Clinics with Christian Ministries and not to mention she is the Founder of her publicly requested seminar “The Book in You” teaching others how to write and publish their own book. She can help you “See your life in Print.”

Rev. Pigana recently received his Certification in Basic Theology and Leadership Accountability and currently pursues higher biblical learning.

Pigana and Roberta both serve God with a spirit of humility. Their greatest desire is to see the body of Christ transformed through the power of personal prayer and a thirst to “study to show yourself approved unto God.” 

We believe that every saved person can pray and intercede not only for your very own life but also for your neighbor and without the assistance of who you consider to be more anointed or more popular. We are a community of believers and if “each one would reach one,” the world would be a greater place.  

  Melanie Daigle is The founder of The Refuge Evangelistic Ministry which was founded in 2005 as an evangelistic outreach and over the years has become a Christian fellowship dedicated to fulfilling The Great Commission.  Melanie seeks to provide an atmosphere of true and authentic worship, genuine discipleship and relationships, and service to one another and her community and wherever God may lead her.  Her passion and desires are to see the book of Acts lived out through Christ-followers.  She currently also operates The Refuge House which allows a place for people who are called into full-time mission work to live and train and fulfill The Great Commission.
